Loved having the whole apartment to myself, it was so spacious! The safety features were impressive, I felt like I was in a fortress. And the paid airport shuttle service was just what I needed, because who wants to deal with public transportation?
Oh, I was just thrilled to pay £8 per day for parking. Such a bargain!

Nada.

I was in Exeter for a friend's wedding and stayed for a week. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a 5-minute walk from Saint Davids train station and a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were large and the kitchen was well equipped. The general upkeep of the property was great. Vicky, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating. There was a pub just 50 yards away, which was perfect for breakfast and evening drinks. I would definitely stay here again.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being central but private, and close to both the train station and city center. the rooms are spacious and well, equipped, with beautiful furnishings and a comfortable and stylish ambiance. the hotel also offers excellent private parking and a lovely private sun terrace for enjoying a mid, morning coffee.
The check, in procedure could have been clearer, particularly regarding the deposit and required documentation.

The location of this lodge was ideal, with easy access to both the city centre and the train station. The general upkeep of the property was good, and the furnishings were beautiful and stylish. We had a lovely outlook onto a large lawn area, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
The check-in procedure, as it was a bit confusing with the deposit amount and the need to provide passport details. there was a distinct humming sound in the bedroom that could be quite distracting.

We had a fabulous stay at a beautifully designed and spacious apartment close to the city center. the stunning private garden and the gardens of the onsite restaurant were a real treat. the convenience of being just a 2-minute walk from the train station and having a restaurant just steps from our front door made our stay incredibly easy. Our host, Vicky, was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 😊.

I absolutely adored the beautiful furnishings and stylish decor of the apartment. It felt incredibly luxurious and made me feel like I was staying in a high-end boutique hotel. The general upkeep of the property was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the apartment's close proximity to the city centre made it easily accessible for someone like me, a senior woman. It was wonderful to be able to explore the city without the worry of long walks or difficult transportation.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience, it would be for the children working there to offer more assistance for senior guests. While the staff were polite, it would have been helpful if they were a bit more attentive and accommodating to the needs of older individuals like myself.
